We use An Post for most of our orders as standard for items being shipped within the Republic Of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK. We also have standard post options for the rest of Europe and the rest of the world. We will send you the list of available shipping networks when you contact us, our usual delivery time to Ireland and the UK is 2-3 days. We also offer tracked orders as standard. Shipping prices vary depending on the destination and extra options like insurance and premium shipping.

We also offer UPS Express shipping and UPS Low Carbon Shipping to the rest of the world.

Custom Order Policy for Follow Through Sports and clothing (FT)

FT reserves the right to decline any order.

A minimum 40% deposit is required for all orders before production starts. Once production starts, the deposit is non-refundable.

Customer designing a product: If the customer chooses to use their design it must be approved by FT before production starts. Once the final design is confirmed it cannot be changed. The customer is responsible for the software used and the legality of that software. FT will not produce items with stolen logos or trademarks.

FT designing a product: FT offer free product design for any orders with a deposit. If the customer has not paid a deposit, a charge may apply. A small fee of €5 may also apply if logo editing or complex designs are needed. If the customer chooses FT to design a product, FT will send the customer a list of questions to fill out regarding design. FT does not allow logos or images that may infringe on copyright or that are stolen.

Payment: FT accepts many methods of payment.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Bank transfers, PayPal, Multi Banco payment (Portugal Only), Apple Pay. Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Contactless card, Cash (Euros only. €100, €200 and €500 notes may not be accepted)

We do not accept Cash other than Euros. Check. For any payment method not mentioned above please contact us.

3rd party payment platforms: FT uses 3rd party companies to process their payments. When using PayPal, the customer agrees to the PayPal terms and conditions listed on their website. In some cases, the customer's bank statement or receipt will say that the payment was made to SKYSCRAPER, SKYSCRAPER GROUP, SKYSCRAPER RETAIL, SKYSCRAPER ELECTRONICS or variations of that name.

Payment terms are listed in the Proforma Invoice and if possible, on the payment platform when an electronic invoice is used.

Payment Processing times: In some cases, payment may take up to one week to process depending on the method chosen. Unfortunately for orders over €40, FT must wait for the payment to fully process before the order can continue.

Payment option availability and currency: FT cannot offer all the methods above in every country or region. These restrictions are often put in place by the payment processing provider. FT also only accept euros as the final payment method. Currency conversion rates may apply.

FT does not currently provide a finance or layaway service.

Post and packaging: The order is shipped once it arrives at an FT warehouse or a 3rd party partner warehouse. The shipping cost is listed in the proforma invoice provided. Postage times vary between service selected and location.

Import duty policy: FT tries to pay for import duty before the item is shipped from the factory. These attempts may be declined if the customer has not provided information for the declaration page. It may also be declined for other reasons listed on the revenue website. If this is declined and the item has been shipped it may incur customs duty. If it is declined because the customer provided false information, it will be up to the customer to pay the full amount of the duty. The duty is charged on the country of import (Ireland, UK, Spain). If it is the fault of FT, the duty will be paid by FT.

Order wait times: An order can take up to 6 weeks to produce depending on the order size. This time includes shipping and design times. FT will give the customer an estimated amount of time when the order process has begun. Unfortunately, some delays beyond FT's control may affect these times.

Returns: FT does not currently accept returns on custom orders unless the item is damaged on arrival (DOA) or the item was not made correctly or has manufacturing issues. FT performs quality checks on all orders before dispatch. FT does not accept the responsibility on orders where the incorrect sizes are ordered. Unless specified otherwise all sizes are in the UK format.
